My focus is underserved markets: places where talented people are held back, not by ability, but by systems that were never built to recognize them.
I’m Vedavyas Bijukumar, a Berlin based founder building at the intersection of standards, automation, and media.
I started GSPA because roughly 85% of the world’s workers hold skills that no international system recognizes, and I’m building the verification standard that closes that gap.
Alongside that, I run Alphavuez, an automation agency helping businesses scale outreach and operations, and I’m building Held, a mental health platform for people who’ve been underserved by existing systems.
Every venture I take on starts from the same question: who’s being held back by a system that wasn’t built for them, and how do I fix it?
